Cutter Construction provides dump trucking services to contractors and owners in the Portland Metro area. We work on all types of construction projects, hauling dirt, sand, gravel, rock and asphalt. Our fleet includes a variety of trucks to meet the needs of many individual customers and their project’s requirements. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service. We strive to achieve this goal with our experienced team of drivers and our focus on communication, dependability and competitive pricing.
