About Cutter Construction
Cutter Construction was established in 1984. We have been providing dump trucking services in the Portland and Vancouver area for the past 39 years. Our truck yard is conveniently located in Oregon City, just off of I-205 and Hwy 213.
We are expanding our trucking business to Idaho. We will be based out of Meridian, providing dump trucking services to the Boise treasure valley. Lori was born and raised in Idaho, and is glad to have an opportunity to continue the business back where her family is located.

Cutter Construction is a family owned business that that started with one owner/operator dump truck to our current size of 22 dump trucks, and 25 full-time employees. With our years of experience and our focus on customer service we are recognized as being a leader in our industry.
This company was built on old school values and by developing long term relationships. Safe company procedures and equipment, honest business practices, good communication, dependability, and a positive reputation are key to our continual success.
